You who have had your trip canceled between March and October
As we, BRA Sverige AB, have been under a company reconstruction during the period 6 April – 8 September 2020, we cannot fulfill our obligations with our various contracting parties to the extent we would have liked to. We need to act accordingly to what has been agreed on in the completed reconstruction. This means that the original tickets will not be refundable at their full value. Therefore we would like to offer our customers a replacement trip as an alternative. Choosing to travel with your ticket on hold will give you the full value of your trip.
In more detail, this means for you that you can choose between the following two options:
- If you have not already received a refund or traveled on the ticket (also applies to travel with Amapola), you have the opportunity to book a new trip on the ticket no later than September 30, 2021. We have made this ticket as flexible as possible so that it can be used at any destination (includes travel with Amapola until 20/12 2020 on destinations Bromma-Malmö and Bromma-Visby). In addition, free transfer to another person is included if you do not have the opportunity to travel yourself.
- If you do not want a new flight, you have the right to request a refund instead. Due to the District Court’s decision and the company reconstruction we have undergone, we then, according to law, need to act upon the public agreement that has been proposed, which means that the refund is limited to 25% of the ticket price. The same applies to all customers, suppliers and partners to whom we have debts. It does not matter if the request for refund was made before the reconstruction was completed or if it is done when we start flying again later this autumn. The time for such a refund of 25% (of the ticket price) is also the same for everyone, which probably means a payment date in July 2021. If you choose this option, it is final and the choice can unfortunately not be changed.
