Info regarding your ticket, annual card, punch card and/or bonus points from our Loyalty program (BRA vänner)

We would like to begin with an apology that we had to cancel all flights between April and October due to the Corona outbreak and the consequences that followed. In the autumn we have the ambition to get started again, but one consequence of the Corona pandemic is that both our timetable and the destinations we fly to will differ somewhat from what it previously looked like. We therefore see no alternative but to cancel all flights during the autumn as well, although we will start flying again in the same period. Below is information about what applies to you as a customer and what choices you need to make;


You who have a canceled trip

Since we, BRA Sverige AB, are undergoing a company reconstruction since April 6, 2020, we cannot fulfill our obligations with our various contracting parties to the extent that we would have liked. We need to act upon what is agreed on during the ongoing reconstruction, meaning that the original tickets will not be refundable to their full value. Therefore, we would like, if the reconstruction is successfully completed, to offer you a replacement trip as an alternative. This means that you who choose to use your ticket-on-hold will not be affected.

In detail, this means a choice between the following two options:

  1. If you have not already received a refund of the ticket or used the ticket for travels, you have the opportunity to book a new trip on the ticket within a year or by September 30, 2021 the latest.

    We have made this ticket as flexible as possible and it can be used on any of our destinations. In addition, transfer to another person will be free of charge if you do not have the possibility to travel yourself. This offer requires that the reconstruction is successfully completed, which means that the district court should announce that the reconstruction can be completed since there are prerequisites for this.

    If you choose this option, you will be able to reverse your decision at any time and request a refund as in option b) below.

  2. If you do not want to use your ticket for a new flight, you have the right to request a refund. Since we are undergoing a reconstruction, we have to, by law, relate to the proposed public chord, which means that the refund is limited to 25% of the original ticket price. The same applies to all customers, suppliers and partners to whom we have debts. It does not matter if the refund request is made before the reconstruction is completed or if it is done once we are operating again. The payment of such a refund (25% of the ticket price) is also the same for everyone, which is likely to mean a payment date in July 2021. If you choose this option, it is final and unfortunately, the choice cannot be reversed. Here you can make your choice.

For you with an Annual card or Punch card

Since we, BRA Sverige AB, are undergoing a company reconstruction since April 6, 2020, we cannot fulfill our obligations with our various contracting parties to the extent that we would have liked. We need to act upon what is agreed on during the ongoing reconstruction, meaning that we cannot fully refund annual cards nor punch cards that were purchased from us before the reconstruction.

Therefore, we would like to offer you below options, provided the reconstruction is successfully completed:

  1. If you have a valid annual card or punch card, we offer you an extension of these by 6 months as compensation for our break during the reconstruction. If you choose this option, you can reverse it at any time and request a refund as in option b) below.

  2. If you do not want an extension on your travel card, you have the right to request a refund instead. The remaining value of the annual card/punch card will be calculated according to the terms of the agreement. Since we are undergoing a reconstruction, we have to, by law, relate to the proposed public chord, which means that the refund is limited to 25% of the estimated remaining value. The same applies to all customers, suppliers and partners to whom we have debts. It does not matter if the refund request is made before the reconstruction is completed or if it is done once we are operating again. The payment of such a refund (25% of the residual value) is also the same for everyone, which is likely to mean a payment date in July 2021. If you choose this option, it is final and unfortunately, the choice cannot be reversed.

You as a member of BRA Loyalty Program and have earned bonus points

Our BRA Loyalty Program is on hold during our break but we have, of course, kept track of all points earned. When we start operating again, we will reactivate our loyalty program and will extend the validity of the points by 6 months. We dare not promise that we have all of the old partners in the program, but will come back with more information during the progress. You will always be able to use your points for tickets on our flights, just like before.
