Arlanda Airport instead of Bromma Airport

Due to the closure of Stockholm Bromma Airport during two weeks this summer, we are relocating all our flights from Bromma to Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Our flights will operate from Terminal 3 at Arlanda. If you have a booking for travel to or from Stockholm between July 22 and August 4, please note that your departure and/or arrival airport will be Stockholm Arlanda instead of Stockholm Bromma. The last flights on sunday afternoon on the 21st of July will also arrive to Stockholm Arlanda. Pay extra attention to your arrival airport in your booking confirmation.

 

All flights arrive to and depart from Arlanda terminal 3

Please note that your flight arrives and departs to/from terminal 3 at Arlanda. You reach terminal 3 via the entrance to terminal 2 and then turn right when you get inside the doors. It is important that you do not pass the security check at terminal 2 as you will not reach your gate via terminal 2.

Important information for travelers

 

Traveling to and from Arlanda

The easiest ways to get to Arlanda are by Flygbussarna, Arlanda Express, taxi, or by car. Please keep in mind that travel to Arlanda may take longer than to Bromma, so ensure you allow plenty of time.

 

Check-in

Check-in at Arlanda opens 60 minutes before departure and closes 30 minutes before departure. You need to be at the gate at Arlanda at least 15 minutes before departure.

 

Checked Baggage on transfer flights

If you have a booking with a stopover at Arlanda and are traveling domestically with BRA, you do not need to collect your luggage; it will automatically go to your final destination. If you are traveling with another airline, you need to collect your luggage at Arlanda Terminal 3 upon arrival and then check it in again before departing to your final destination.

 

Pay attention to your departure/arrival airport

For those traveling round trip with us in July and August, please be aware that your booking might include different airports for departure and return. You can check your departure/arrival airport on your booking confirmation or go to Manage Bookings. If you park your car at the airport, be extra attentive to the departure and arrival airports for a round trip, as your booking may involve different airports for outbound and return journeys.

 

Unaccompanied Minors

Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist unaccompanied minors (children traveling without adult company) from July 22 to August 4.

 

Traveling with reduced mobility

Assistance requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure. If assistance is not booked in advance, we will provide support to the best of our ability; however, please be aware that delays may occur.

 

Onboard service

As always, our passengers will be served coffe or tea along with a sweet treat during their flights with us.

 

Lounge access

Unfortunately we will not be able to offer our passengers access to the Lounge at Arlanda.

Information about rebooking

If you have a rebookable ticket with a departure during the period 22 July - 4 August and want to rebook your trip to a date before 22 July or after 4 August, you need to contact our customer service. Ordinary ticket rules apply to all bookings. If you have a ticket that cannot be rebooked, we will not be able to help you rebook your trip.
