If you booked a ticket before 6 of April 2020 with travel date during 2020 that is still unused you have the right to request a refund. Due to the District Court’s decision and the company reconstruction we have undergone, we then, according to law, need to act upon the public agreement that has been proposed, which means that the refund is limited to 25% of the ticket price. The same applies to all customers, suppliers and partners to whom we have debts. It does not matter if the request for refund was made before the reconstruction was completed or if it is done when we start flying again.
The processing time for refunds is around 30 days.
