Important news for you as travel agency and our mutual customers.
Our ambition is to get our flights started again this autumn, but one consequence of the Corona pandemic is that both our timetable and the destinations we fly to will differ somewhat from what it previously looked like. We therefore had to cancel all flights during the autumn, although we will start flying again during the same period. All tickets are put on hold. Please read "Important information" below.

Amapola: Customers who have tickets on hold can choose to fly with Amapola during the summer. Read more →
- All travelers who have had their trips canceled since we went into reconstruction have received a “ticket to hold” with us at BRA. This applies regardless of whether the ticket is booked by BRA or any retailer. The validity of these tickets have been extended to 2021-09-30. The ticket is valid on any route and for any traveler (i.e. free namechange will apply. This can only be made in connection with the booking of a new trip, which can only be done when we start up the business again after the reconstruction)
- However, the customer has the option, instead of keeping their “ticket to hold”, to request a refund and will then be subject to the composition proposal (25% refund of the ticket price) brought forward by the reconstruction. We have set up a form for the customer to fill out that we ask you to refer to. www.flygbra.se/en/options/
- Important: If you as a travel agent have already submitted a refund request to our Administrator (on behalf of your customers), the tickets defined in this request will be covered by the arrangement. Payment will be made in the summer of 2021. If you want to enable your customers to choose between a “ticket to hold” and a refund, you will have to by the 3rd of July withdraw the request from the administrator at the e-mail address email@example.com. Then direct the customer to fill out a form with a choice of route as referred to in point (b) above.
- Due to the reconstruction, since April 6, 2020 B.R.A is not included in the BSP. Tickets you have submitted via BSP agent refunds are therefore not left in this system, these tickets also need to be referred to the procedure in point (b).

The routes we start flying in the autumn will probably be the routes you ask for most, for example between Bromma and Malmö, Gothenburg, Visby, Ängelholm and Umeå, but we hope that the demand for air travel will allow us to increase the number of destinations and our timetable step by step in the future. We will return later this summer/autumn with more info about destinations, timetable, and exact start date when we start flying again this autumn!
